onChange.NET was conceptualized and developed as an entry for the Microsoft .NET Competition 2002. It is an online system built on the Web Services platform that allows the user to track specific changes in websites. The user is presented with a rule wizard to specify the rules of tracking the changes. He decides which section of the website he wants to track and when/how he wants to be informed of these changes. Several Smart Clients were also designed to consume this web service in productive ways.
